Oil Mate™ is an advanced oil management system for diesel engines that significantly extends oil change intervals and filter life in order to decrease downtime and lengthen an engine's life span. It is an automatic oil exchange system for any diesel engine - it changes oil while the engine is running!

Oil Mate™ is designed to work on the water, over the road, on the farm, in the mining pits, and on the battlefield. Oil Mate™ fits a vast amount of heavy-duty diesel applications. Oil Mate's compact size and easy installation allow for it to be mounted on practically any diesel engine application.

Self Monitoring

Oil Mate™ monitors make-up tank levels, and will shut down automatically when the make-up oil is low, alerting the operator and returning the engine to a conventional operating mode.

How It Works

The Patented Oil Mate™ system removes a small amount of used engine oil and blends it with diesel fuel to be burned during combustion. The used oil is then replaced with an equal amount of fresh oil from a make-up tank, extending oil and filter life. Oil Mate™ out performs every competitor on the market and operates within emissions guidelines. This system is currently installed on more than 20,000 diesel engines.

Oil Mate™ does not affect the engines's flow or pressure. It is not a replacement for the filtration system - it improves and works in conjunction with the system.

The Oil Mate™ system can be used on any diesel engine application. It is especially useful in areas where engines are not easily accessible, are constantly running, or where there is significant need for cost savings and decreased engine downtime.

With Oil Mate™, heavy-duty automotive oil change intervals are extended to 800,000 km and the oil filter change interval is extended to 150,000 km. In high-horsepower industrial applications, the oil change interval is 4,000 hours and the oil filter interval is 1,000 hours.
